ACC’s Rongoā Māori Service, launched in 2020, has already assisted more than 11,000 clients, offering an alternative and holistic path to recovery.

The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) has been named a finalist in the ‘Te Hāpai Hapori, the Spirit of Service Awards’ for their innovative Rongoā Māori Service.

The resurgence of traditional rongoā Māori is on display at the regular “Fabulous Friday” sessions in Kaitāia.

The event brings together thousands of Indigenous leaders from around the world to celebrate the healing power of traditional Indigenous knowledge and cultures.

Ani Nuku’s rongoā-inspired range, influenced by her childhood and guided by Tikanga Māori principles, encompases unique creations such as a carefully crafted latte blend.
